KWIKCONSOLIDATE

Cargo Consolidation

KwikConsolidate lets you buy from several suppliers and ship together. For example, a customer buys bedroom furniture, bathroom fittings, lighting, ceramic tiles and kitchen accessories from five different suppliers. Each supplier delivers to the designated China receiving warehouse, the warehouse records each package against the customer's account, and the operations team prepares a suitable consolidation.

Receiving procedures

Each delivery is matched to your customer receiving reference. Packages that cannot be matched are held as exceptions until identified.

What is recorded

  • Your customer warehouse reference
  • Cargo photographs on arrival
  • Package count and measurements
  • Gross weight
  • Condition notes
  • Storage location

Repacking, storage and consolidation

Where needed, goods can be repacked, palletised or crated for protection. Storage terms are confirmed on your quotation. You can request consolidation, and staff approve the packing plan and container allocation.

Container allocation

Consolidated cargo is allocated to a container programme for your destination. Each package stays traceable from receipt to the final shipment.
