How it works
How container sharing works
You don't need to fill a container. Your goods are received, recorded and shipped alongside other customers' cargo, then released to you at the destination.
- 1
Shop or Source in China
Buy from Chinese suppliers yourself, or ask our sourcing team to help you find products.
- 2
Send Goods to Our China Warehouse Partner
Suppliers deliver to the designated receiving warehouse using your customer receiving reference.
- 3
Receive Cargo Confirmation
Packages are recorded, measured and photographed, and appear in your account.
- 4
Consolidate and Book Container Space
Request a quotation, accept it, and your goods are allocated to a container programme.
- 5
Ship to Africa
Your cargo travels by sea to an African gateway port, then inland to your destination.
- 6
Arrange Customs Clearance
We coordinate documentation and clearance with licensed customs agents where required.
- 7
Collect or Receive Delivery
Collect from the destination depot or have your goods delivered to your door.

Your customer receiving reference
Every package, matched to you.
When you register, you receive a unique customer receiving reference. Suppliers mark it on every carton so the warehouse can record your goods against your account. Once your account is assigned to an approved warehouse, the receiving address appears in your dashboard.
